Recession Broth

For more than half a year, I've been saving all kinds of vegetable guts that I would have normally thrown out. The recession and impending economic depression has inspired me to finally use the detritus to make vegetable broth.
(I bottled the broth with old juice jars I'd been saving for a year.)
Results are 3 x 34 oz jars of vegetable broth. No preservatives, no sodium.

I haven't tasted it yet, but it smells veggieful. The veggies were sitting in tupperware in the freezer the whole time, and I only put veggie trash in the tupperware when I remembered....
